I was looking for a car to restore, some kind of classic and here in Portugal all of them are expensive, then I see this topic and so much good cars, good projects just leaved to rotten for a lot of years...

Sad, to sad really. For some persons a car is just a product that you use and scrap. For me and most of the users here are our life, our dedication and our friend.

Just enter a car, close the door, turn the key and enjoy...

When I went to Madrid with work a few months ago in the underground carpark we parked in if you went down to the bottom floor there were loads of cars down there that obviously hadn't moved for years, Its like people parked them there then couldn't afford to pay to get them back out so they've just been left.

We found an old lotus elan next to our new unit. Land owner said its been there 5 years and it was left by a previous tenant. The Tenant was unable to trace the owner and we have saved it from being scrapped. I think due to its fibreglass body its worthless as scrap so its a lucky car! We are going to get the owner details from the DVLA. If we cannot find the owner to give them a storage bill I am going to restore it
