ABS - MOT FAIL??

MOT is due on the 27th, my ABS rings are chipped/corroded causing my ABS to kick in at low speeds but it works and brakes fine just a horrible noise / feeling just wondering if this would fail the MOT,

is the abs light on permantly?
if the light sequence is as per normal then it will pass fine

it only comes on when you go between 40 - 50mph, will they run it ???

nope, as long as its ok driving in and on to the ramp it will be fine
