ABS Serv Lights on quick question

Well just went to drop my mum in town and i got the abs serv light come on. Popped in my rstuner (have the abs module) and it comes back with right rear wheel sensor resistance.
Does that mean an abs ring? Have noticed that that disc has a bit of rust around the outer portion of the disc which doesn't seem to want to go away with hard braking, a good bleed is probably in order! Any help appreciated!

Could be sticking. Take the caliper apart, clean, bleed and refit.

Sensor resistance would suggest the actual sensor rather than the ring. Check the connections on the passenger side of the rear beam, pull them apart and whack some electical contact lube in there. If not, sensor might have died.
