absolute noob advice needed

right. firstly im a complete noobhead with this so dont rip me.

buying an Rt this week and Ive got a stealth shelf to shove in.

How do I wire it up to the headunit? and whats the easiest way to get the wires to the headunit.

any other advice welcomed. Im not planning on getting a big massive system or anything btw. this is it as far as im concerned.

I would say the quickest and most hassel free way would be to use the cable that is already there fore the existing rear speakers, this way there is no wiring needed, just disconnect the old standard speakers and hook the wires up to the ones in your shelf

It depends, the ISO socket at the head unit will have spare rear wires, splice into them then run them to the rear with your own speaker wire.

i may as well just use the existing ones in the back, because the shelf speakers will be louder and drown out the smaller speakers
