Adding a boarder in PS

Hi,

How do I go about easily and quickly adding a boarder in Photoshop? I also want to add a watermark logo on to some of my pics and I have found this vid for that, http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=JssogKr-Vhk&feature=channel but I can't find out how to add a boarder. All mine have been added on Photobucket and I want to use Flickr instead.

In Elements a basic border can be added by doing the following:

Menu "Image" select Resize, and specifically 'Canvas size'. Change height and width as you feel fit and select your colour.....

Thanks. I carried on looking on youtube and managed to find a guide in the end.

I just create layer from background > Blending options > Stroke > inside x pixels.
