Has anyone cancelled and successfully managed to get any money back?

Im on my 3rd letter to them now and not had any money back or even a reply!

This is ongoing since 14th December!

i prefer stuff in writing, that way they cant back out of something they have written claiming they never "said" it.

Also means i know what i have told them.

Send it special delivery so you can track it, then pay extra to get the signature if necessary.

My Brother found that the only way to get any action was a solicitors letter lol
