Advice on front suspension bits: bushes, mounts etc etc

  Cup'd Monaco 172
Hi,

In the middle of changing my suspension. Had 2 broken rear springs and a leaking damper. Got hold of some nearly new cup springs and dampers.

Rears are on and feel good.

Now to attack the fronts, but I wanted to change some other parts to help the car feel factory fresh, car has done 66k. I have few knocks I want to cure. Plus at the last service I was advised I need front wheel bearings as I have play in the hub.

So the order list is:

Top Mount washers
Front wheel bearings
Poly bushes for the wishbones and ARB.
New engine mounts.

So anything else I should consider and were is the best place to get these items??

Cheers,

Marc

Stick with stock bushes there much better. Poly are to hard.

Top rubber mounts as well (looks like a donut)
New shocks.
Bottom ball joints as well they come as part of a kit with wishoones with new bushes in them for £50 or so each side so I'd get them.

Renault only I'd recomend.

  Lionel Richie
top mount kit for a 172 = £50+vat
top mount kit for a 1.2 = £25ish + vat

and they're the same bloody part!
