Turbo help!
Fitted all my turbo stuff including a second hand FIC 6 ecu. However when I went to crank it with the coil pack disconnected I wasn’t getting a fuel pump prime and it wasn’t cranking at all and the immobiliser light was staying on.
Did the wee onboard diagnostics and was getting a t and d code which from googling seems to be:
t: mean an injection fault has been detected for a minimum of 4 seconds
d: means an injection signal fault has been detected
So I think the 2 are linked because I’ve cut the injector wires and connected them to the aem ecu. The aem and standard ecu and UCH were sold together as having a base map.
Can anyone suggest what to look for/check or if there is a way I can check to see if the standard ecu/aem ecu do indeed have a base map? Assuming the standard ecu is firing the immobiliser on because it’s getting no injector signal?
Cheers
