Aerials again!

I've searched and come across literally 10's of threads about aerials, all talking about which looks the best. But I just want to talk signal.

Just want to know since I want to have good radio signal are the Mazda MPS aerials (eg. http://mazda-3-mps.sgpetch.co.uk/pages/parts/detail/category=ROOT-body/engine=124/part=2102) as good as the original for signal? I'd prioritise functionality over looks, but if people literally say the MPS ones are as good as the OEM ones obviously I'd go for that! Even though I live in London, I often travel out to places with lower signal, so want good reception. If not, I'll go OEM.

Cheers!

Sam, I've got a Toyota IQ aerial hanging around at home. It looks pretty good and the radio signal was only compromised very slightly! Shoot me a tenner via paypal and I'll send it over.

It's just like the Honda one but a bit slimmer, so it actually sits flush with the aerial base.

Cheers if signals not compromised much I'll be happy (I have a crappy bee sting one that the car came with atm so I hope it'll improve from that!)
