Air whine

I seem to get what i think is an air whine up at about 80/90 is this normal or is it not an air whine but a bearing?

Usually comes from a gap in the corner of the windscreen iirc

I thought it came from the hole on the drivers side mirror where the temp sensor would be on a LH drive.

I get it at 100+ (on my private road) I presumed it was the wipers, but heard rumours it is the wing mirrors.

Funny thing is I never got it on my 1.2 at the same speed, even with the same wipers and wing mirrors. Only thing I can think of is at the top of the windscreen the seal is flat, unlike on the 1.2 it had a bulge in the centre for about 60cm, which I presumed was to deflected the wind over the sunroof.

I never had it on my 1.2 but at about 60+ on my 172

i get a whistle from the drivers mirror at 31-33mph - it's because there's a hole where a temp sensor isn't (the temp sensor is on the passenger mirror)

Tried covering this hole and it still happens

yeah I had it when i hit 100 or so...but as soon as i got he windscreen changed....never heard it again
