Alarm Wiring... Removal? Retro fit?

Wonder if someone can shed some light on this situation for me?
I'm retro fitting Sat Nav, but stuck when it comes to the Alarm.

The old loom had the alarm soldered into the wiring loom as followed:

Plus the A-Pillar sensors and centre console LED Display coming from the bulk head.

However the new loom, originally out of a 172, does not include these wires.
On my dCi, I have noticed it does not include the A-Pillar sensors or LED.

Therefore can the alarm be easily removed, by removing the alarm siren and control box under the scuttle panel.
If so, will the central locking still work?

Alternatively is it easy enough to wire the existing alarm into the new loom?
