Alien green 200 small project

Evening all

I’ve just picked up an alien green 200, only done 53k miles, doesn’t need anything major but the Bloke who test drove it before me had the pleasure of someone reversing into him. On the list of jobs to do is a
new front bumper
Ktec spoiler
Recaro seats
New tyres
Tempted by a slightly louder exhaust
Radio needs tidying as it’s a bit tatty
Snappy to retrim the steering wheel

I believe it's the plastics in the dashboard (around the climate control etc), they look a bit carbon like effect. My AG had it too.

Just booked my ticket to CSF for the Saturday , if anyone fancy’s taking a stray in , that’d be great 😂😂 my mrs has refused the 2 hour drive so I’ll be a loner

Took it in wales this weekend and what a car it is , definitely need to find an exhaust and get round to fitting my recaros

I reckon some spacers would really help with the overall stance of the car, especially in the rear. Otherwise it looks great!

Although toying with the idea of it going up for sale next year , I’ve got a phase 1 itch that needs scratching at some point

I'm fully behind the switch to a Phase 1, I love mine (even though I've spent a fortune on it)!

I'd say your best bet is to find one with the least rust possible! Sadly the Phase 1's are prone to rot, so finding a clean one is getting harder. Thankfully mine lived the majority of its life down south, so never encountered the dreaded salt and grit we get up North in the winter.

Even phase 2s are starting to rust now tbf , I’ll have to see what’s about but I’d want strong money for my alien so probably end up keeping it
