Sorted the engine bay out over the last couple of weeks after @Daniel said to get spraying with the Autoglym alloy paint, so much cleaner now.
New coolant bottle next!

When i first got it in March.

Stripped.

Painted bits. (bolts etc painted as well)

Rebuild.

Done.

Perfect engine bay, not too much of a fan when people powder coat manifolds etc. Just some silver VHT paint and be done with it. Excellent job!

Yes I did, found an old engine loom at work, its for @baysthebest Clio.
Fitting a new alternator for him next week but noticed the plug is knackered.

What spray you used, cleaning products etc? Got my heart set on doing it now after you've done that!

What an interesting read, i'm a bit new on here so had to start from page one and catch up from the start haha but top work on this, it really does look stunning with the wheels all done etc and that engine bay is EXACTLY how I want to get my Arctic 182 looking eventually, little things like the coolant bottle really do make all the difference :up: As a complete side issue, that's so true about the mats, I bought the next ones up for mine from Renault for about £35-40 I think it was but I just didn't want the Sport ones, no worth £65 for a silver trim that won't suit my car anyway lol!
