All the Clio's I've driven

Clio 1.2 8 valve (1999) Very nice and smooth, good at low revs, no power at all
Clio 1.4 8 valve (1999) A good drive, fairly gutsy for 75bhp.

Clio 1.5 DCI 80, smooth engine, but dissapointing pacde. (2003)

Clio 1.2 16v, fairly spritley, relaxed, but not incapable at higher revs. (2005, my Girlfriend's car)

Clio 172, what an animal, needs revving, but boy does it shift when u do.(52 reg, a friends.)

myself iv driven :

mk1 1.4 energy with a twin choke webber... was fun
mk1 ph3 1.2 8v diet... slow
mk2 ph1 1.6 16v.. modified... fairly quick
mk2 ph3 1.2 16v.... quick for a 1.2

MK2 1.2: My old Dynamqiue - very fun even tho its the base model and surprised some 1.4s!
182 Cup: Super but low spec not my choice
182 FF Cup Packs & Recaros: My car - excellent... love it!
MK3 1.2: Utter s**t - I can run faster!

i learnt in a 1.5 diesel, 65bhp, crap!
first car was a 03 plate billabong 1.2 16v
now ive got an 04 1.2 16v dynamique!

all awesome, but the diesel had no power anywhere in the rev range, and gave up at 3000rpm!
