does the allen head bolt on the aux tensioner need to be twisted tight , or slightly loose so the pully can twist around it?

Lol..thought so....but if I thighten everything up will it still be able to create tension?

Was a valeo part, they make 'm for renault too right?
No oil that i can remember.
I couldn't get the belt around the alternator by using a jubilee clip so swung down the alternator instead, I did think it was very easy to swing up against the tensioner!
Does the old rule of 'no more than 90deg twist' still count?
