Being angled (mini wallride) saved my passenger side from a lot of mishap. Obviously the front rim, outer lip is pretty bad scuffed from riding the curb. OZ F1 spokes ate some dirt. :dead:

The leftside decided to understeer like a pig.
Went through the bald hedge, lined with tree poles and running a iron wire.
Spotted the barktree to hit and a nice little downhill bank to roll off...

But luckily stopped and turned right on the soft banking.
Reversing out of it after some dire minutes. :dead:

Hitting the treepole straight on, only some minor dent/folding of the reg. plate.
Some obvious scratches from the wire, which can be polished out.

No visable marks or misaligned front bumper.

Went back this morning, hedge with poles is part of a 'pancake restaurant'; to inform the owner of my little accident.

No harm done or bushes to pay for!
Chat ends with... it's quite a tricky corner eh, your not the first one!

Or 'lucky' depends how you see it... ;)

Never experienced that much low grip in turns on snow as this saturday evening/night!
Just pottering along, engine braking, gentle steering input.

I'd get some snow chains fitted ;)

I need a Toyota Hilux with studded tires!
Can i borrow yours?

Danno this part was uphill also, minor gradient.

I guess packed snow has more grip then a road covered with fresh fallen snow (± 2cm thickness).
