Altenator Tension Thingy.....

I have a Ph1 172.....

Been told by the garage it needs an Altenator tension belt.....

Been quoted £240 for parts and labour..

That sound reasonable???

Yea, it must be... The Renault guy said £100 odd quid for the part, then about £140 labour....

Yeah thats spot on dealer price matey for new pulley and belt.

Dont delay it. If the auxilary belt decides to jump ship it has a habbit of taking its bigger brother the cam belt with it lol

thats not bad actually

2.2 hour job approx £107+vat for the parts (aux belt kit)
