Does that mean you can never improve any car then. The Hillpower induction kit is apparently good but its not on cars as standard is it?

Sorry to but in here but I agree with the captain if it was that good it would be on cars as standard, It reminds me of the scenario when people were being described tablets for illnesses and these tablets were made out of sugar, but because the people believed that they would make them better they felt better!!
