Another newbie (South East)

Hi, my names Adam, been looking on here a while now as im seriously interested in purchasing a phase1 172...my only problems... being 19, a student and in part time employment! Once i have my qualification i'll be set, hopefully.

Anyway, i just posted some pics of my car in the mk1 clios thread but thought i'd give them a go in their own thread and get some feedback, be easy on me guys! Its a 1.4 RT and before i get bombarded about the rear badges - im waiting on some new ones and also waiting for some money so i can finish colour coding.

Not a bad effort at all, i'd make a few changes though, lose the silver wipers standard ones look better, lose the tint spray on the rear lights, standard ones look better.
Other than that i'd add a boot spoiler (one form a valver - 1.8 16v clio) nice & subtle and maybe some rear headrests too.

Im from Paddock Wood, in Kent. Yea, the wipers i changed after the pics were taken, i just need to paint the wiper arms to match now. As for the lights, i was thinking of changing them back but thought id leave it till i had some opinions, thanks for your comment. One step ahead on the spoiler lol, got a 16v spoiler in the garage all sprayed up and ready to fit.

I'm also South East, but left the Clio society about a year ago, still come on this forum, it's a decent one.

Yea, theres a lot of those exhaust round here lol, im in the process of getting one but can't really find a decent one which doesnt cost a packet. The standard ones gonna have to stay a little bit longer.
