Spoke to fred @ BTM regarding this and im almost 100% sure that its the dephaser so today while i was out cleaning the car and topping up the fluids i took a small video on the engine running to get the cliosport opinon of if it is the dephaser.

An Engine cover just tidys the front up (I think) and i better watch i have 2 avon tyres on the front also so the trophy mafia will be on my case as i dont have PE2's

On the other hand atleast i know now for 100% that its the dephaser and its to me is getting worse but then again im a knobber when it comes to knocks/bangs/squeeks & rattles.

My Ph1 16valver was held together with cable ties, gaffa tape and double sided sticky pads LOL
