Any decent garages/specialists in Brighton?

As above, sisters Clio (97 mk1) has developed the classic clutch pedal fault and im 200miles away from where she lives so im unable to fit her a new pedal assembly. Im going to send her a new unit in the post (only as i get it trade price) and want a decent garage to fit it.

Can anyone reccomend a good garage in Brighton who will bang a pedal assembly on and not brake anything in the process?
