Any real world reviews on FK springs?

Has anyone used FK springs on their Clio? Particularly interested on Mk3's?

Not after a "I've heard they're bad" response. I'm wanting factual information please. :clown:

It's too late! Springs have arrived and will be fitted in the near future. I'll let you know what they're like.
