Any reason my KTEC ultra supersport decated exhaust sounds like a tiny tin can?

was expecting it to be a lot louder after reading a few threads on here, with more of a bass note ect, but at the moment it sounds like a tiny tin can with practically no bass note at all?! is this normal or could there be something wrong with it? my old blue-flame one sounded much better and that was a twin silencer jobby!

How long have you had it fitted, mine sounded crap for about 10 minutes then the note changed completely, not sure if there was a wax or resin in the baffles that bedded in.

is not a new one, so don't think its a 'bedding in issue as such. Good shout though if it was

oh dear, i was nearly taking mine back off after a trip around the block haha. Cant think why yours would sound tinny though, they normally deepen with age in my experience
