any1 got underneath pics of gdi/piper sytem for 172

I have a gdi/piper recessed system fitted and would like to see or know how other people have fitted theres. When i took mine to the garage to have it fitted they welded an L shape piece of metal on to the bracket of the backbox because they said the original design of the exhaust would not fit the rear hanger, so obviosly i was a bit concerned but its done now so want to see if its the garage whose cocked up or wether it is a design fault. Thanks

Ill see if i can get some pictures of my piper one tomorrow whens it on the ramp.

You may fine they didnt cut the bumper in the correct place and had to "modify" the exhaust to fit the bumper cut.

I fit piper systems every day to all sorts of cars and they are always a good fit.
