Cant see pics but Ive got the 2000 Sport. Its a 1.4 8v, 75bhp, electric window, sunroof, white dials sport seats, alloys etc. Im pleased with it!

Both are 8 valves

Just looked at the ads, the sport has the reno kit on it as well. Looks tidier, if you can afford the extra go for it.

Both are 8v. The Mk2 S is an 8v where as the Si is 16v.

thanks guys- i find it odd tho that the mk2 sport is actually slower than my old 93 rt and is 2 groups lower as well.
