Anyone do re-spraying in East Sussex (Spoiler)

The spoiler on our Astra G has decided to de-lacquer itself, and its getting worse and worse. Any recommend or know anyone who can do a decent respray in East Sussex?

Also, when I remove it for re-spray, what would people recommend plugging the holes with whilst its being done?
