Anyone else's iPhone 5 rattle?

Had my iPhone 5 for just under a week now, chuffed with how quick it is over the 4.

One thing though, it rattles like f**k when it's tapped or shaken slightly.

Anyone else's do the same? Seems common on the apple forums...

Yes, it's the lock button. Fine with a case on it.

Apparently it's the camera, and it normal.

Pretty poor to say you pay more for apple quality over Samsung etc.

The phone it's self is great though.

Mine does, however more annoyingly is the electric shock it gives me when it is on charge and i answer a call.

I'd take it back conneh, and for the rattle. Having that happen after the eye water price is silly!

Ill count myself lucky it's just a rattle then.

Going to the Trafford today to see what Apple say.

Although from reading the web, seems most of them do it.

cant say ive ever noticed mine do it, saying that its had a case on it from day one.

Mine was like that out of box.

take it out of the case and tap where the camera is, that's when it does it...

The GF's 4s does the same thing.

Just checked, mine does it ever so slightly. only if you tap the camera, not gonna bother me.

Mine makes a smashing noise when I bang it on concrete, but I don't ever bang it on concrete, so it never makes that noise.

Well turns out its the Camera motor and its meant to be like that.

The apple guy said if it doesn't do it, it's broken! Ha

Iv read on a lot of tech websites this is due to the adhesive on the battery failing and the rattle your hearing is actually the battery.

That's a completely separate issue that affected a dodgy first batch.

They all rattle, it's the camera motor as said previously. Had a batch of 25 at work and they were all the same.

It's not the lock button either
