Anyone know of a cheap high mileage Trophy?

I've just got my 182 FF and I love it! Its not my favourite (DC2 gets that) but its still fabulous!

I bought it from the first lady owner and its on 140K!

Got me thinking......for some bizarre reason I really like high mileage 1 owner cars (incidentally my DC2 has only 1 previous owner aswell and now after 2 years with me is on 158K!).

Does anyone know of a high mileage, 1 owner Trophy out there? I'm talking (or dreaming) an old gent maybe 130/140K?

I'd have it in an instant! So long as the front dampers have seen some work, lol

Ive just sold one with 151k on it, 3 previous owners with a full extensive history, if you find one thats about to be traded in your be laughing, a Clio RS specialist trader said to me about mine 'The cars worth £1250 in the trade, and a maximum of £2000 retail' so if you get to one just before its being traded in your on to a winner!

I'd much rather a car on 100+k miles with a full service history thats clearly been loved and looked after than one on 60k with little to no paper work!

Yeah how much? I would have had that in a flash now I realise just how good they are!

The car was in Excellent condition with the recaros, and the sachs (though they needed a refurb - brand new cup shocks were fitted)
Carbon splitter
janspeed exhaust
poly bushed dog bone
just had cam belt/de-phase
it also had new engine mounts/cv joints and a full comprehensive history

I sold the car for £3k, it was/is high mileage but because it had been so well looked after it was as good as any of the others i looked at, History>mileage
