Anyone know this 182 for sale on PistonHeads

Hi all
I'm currently in the market for a 182 and saw the following on PistonHeads

I've sent the owner an email asking for more info on service history, detailed cosmetic condition etc but just wondered if anyone on here knows the actual car or could give me an opinion on it.
Bit of a long shot, but you never know....

I've asked about belts & dephaser (date and mileage). Awaiting response....

There were a few but most of the ones I liked were over my budget. Looking to spend around £2.5k on the car.
May have to go for a good 172 rather than wait for a good 182 at that price
(unless you can recommend one on here that you know is a good one for that kind of money?)

Will have a nose mate. Have you got a preferance to the 182 over the 172? My only advice would be for that money you would get a mint 172. Closer to £3k for a mint 182 depending on the miles etc.

Yeah, prefer a 182. Could nudge a bit more on price assuming nothing needed spending....

Got a reply from the owner of the one I asked about on PH.
No documentation of any belt or pulley changes, so I'll pass on that one :-(
