Anyone modified a stainless exhaust?

  Maybe a 172 Cup..
After reading a thread in For sale section and speaking to someone else from here, got to thinking about modifying the exhaust on my car.

This is the exhaust which is on my car now, on when I bought her. Although it sounds good, really dislike the tailpipe design (if you can call it design). Really prefer the stealth std design.

Was gonna sell the Milltek and get either a BTB or Yozza Stealth. Could I just chop the tail-pipe off the Milltek enough to hide it behind bumper, leaving me with hidden tail and 2.5'' pipe from cat-back? Or would this create any other issues.
Do you reckon a custom exhaust maker would be able to do this, ie round the tip properly etc. Anyone done it or had it done?

  Sunflower & Golf Mk6 BMT
Im guessing a custom exhaust company would cut the twin tail pipes off and weld on a 90 deg bend, other wise hot exhaust gases would melt your bumper.

Ring round a few companies.
