Anyone on NTL Broadband...

  Tungy
And having or had problems? Over the course of the last couple of months I keep losing connection multiple times a day. Its so annoying because I'd be on here or something and it would just die.

I usually result to removing the power plug from the modem and putting it back in, which I sometimes have to do a few times. Sometime I have to unplug and replug the router too. Can usually tell when its down because th 'U/S and D/S' lights stop flashing, or flash very slowly. Anyone had this problem or similar? If so whats the problem? The modem or something else?

No just all the time mate. It's done it twice since I've created this thread. Soem days it only does it a couple of times. Other days like today, its done it about 10 times already.

You mean virgin broadband?

It could be your modem playing up... although service has generally gone downhill since.

I suppose? If that is who NTl are using now. It's doing it all the time. Might have to get an engineer out to look at it, probably a knackered modem.

Had the odd downtime of late but nothing to realy worry about.

Download/Upload speeds have been crap of late though.

There is a lot of maintenance and upgrade work going on, so one would expect a few issues. I never have any issues with mine at all, luckily.
