paul and neil reckon york is fast, rightly or wrongly, i cant say owt cos i had my doubts about crail for a while so i an see there angle, anyways would anyone be prepared to go this weekend? im gutted as im workin as id go, anyone its a long way like but..............

Only two weeks and counting till the MAX POWER event. This Sunday - 27th April - is the last chance to get your car ready for the 11th May MAX POWER @ Crail Raceway. Be sure to have everything in working order to ensure smooth running on the day.

Gates open 9.30 AM till 4.30 PM. Entry £7.00 per person plus £15.00 for as many runs as you can manage or till your car goes pop.

Now, about our give away Corsa. The car will be stripped at the MAX POWER event and be totally transformed in front of your eyes. Here is the shopping list from the suppliers - Full Car Zone Body Kit, full window tint by West Lothian Auto Tint; respray by R.D.Finishing; Ashley exhaust system; Pipercross induction kit; Wolfrace 17 inch alloys; AVO spring lowering kit; Head unit and speaker system; and Cobra race seats. All the modifications will be undertaken by VR Bodystyling of Perth.

To win the car, which will be given away at the last Thrash/Cruise at the end of the season, all you have to do is fill in the back of your entrance ticket with your contact details. From Max Power onwards tickets will be available at every event. The more times you attend the bigger the chance of winning. Tickets should be handed in at the entry box or the start box when you leave.

At long last our new set of displays have arrived from South Africa and will be in place at this Sundays event. They will be suspended on the gantry above each lane, two facing down track and two facing up track. This will give everyone a clear view of the times relating to the lane that the displays are mounted above.

NEWS Another exciting attraction for the Max event - fairground machines, so that the thrills continue after the 1/4 mile shuts at 5 PM.
