anyone use a seat cover to protect from wear+tear?

just curious really, thought it may be a good idea to use one to stop the alacantra on the drivers seat from wearing and also the bolsters.

i have a snap on one for work. as i work in a body shop i get quite messy so its needed but as soon as im wearing normal clothes they come off.

Mine stays on permanently in the Meg, rare that I take it out, just give it a wipe over every now and then.

Courtesy of Fred, I have a Snap On one which I use specifically after gym or having played playing tennis/football.

No more foul sweaty odours hitting me the next day when I get in the car!
