  A special one.
Just called Venom motorsport and ordered some front wheel spacers for my PH1 172, got talking to the guy about coilovers and he said about the AP kit which have a 2 year warranty and are also re branded KW.
I have Eibach sportlines on my car at the moment so i dont want the ride to be crap, i understand that the car will be alot lower but i still want to like driving it as im 36 now....:coffee:
Has anyone got these on ther car and what do they think about them?

Cheers scott

I don't think they have many reviews mate, but the cheaper kit is not dampening adjustable iirc? KW variant 2's are rated hhighly on here tho.

I didnt think they would tbh but thought id give it a go, the kit he advised me on was non adjustable but came with a 2 year warranty and was only 450 all in and the kit that was adjustable is 690.
His got a set on his BMW Cooper S and said that the ride was good, which im after.

The KW V2 maybe a bit to expensive for me as i dont use the car very much, this weekend is the 1st time in 3 months and the time befor that it sat off the road for 6 months as i have my van day to day plus the weathers been crap.

Yes of corse i want it to sit low but also want some kind of ride quality so i will not buy the cheap end coilover kit.

Thanks Scott.

Before I got the coils I have now, I was looking at these. They are soft and comfy so are good for lows and comfort so a good daily but too soft for track. The only reason I chose not to go for them as I plan to track my car. That is all for a Mini though.

Cheers all, my car is not a hardcore track car by any means.

I only use it now and again but was thinking about maybe doing to odd trackday and was also thinking about a Whiteline rear bar.

What other coilover kits should i be looking at?

Cheers scott.
