ARB bushes for 172 Cup

Hi all,

My ARB bushes need replacing as they are creaking on lock. I've had a search but I'm a bit confused on whether to go Poly or stay standard?
I don't track the car.

Also do I need an outer and inner bush cos looking at say the Powerflex route they have both?

If I stay stock does anyone have the Renault part numbers I need?

Stay stock imo. Cheap as chips from a local motorfactors normally.

Done some searching and I think the part number is 7700799404

Bit confused about inners and outers and which the part number I've given is and whether there's another bit I need?

That part number is for the outer bush, there are two outer bushes and two inner bushes, I'm sure the bushes are about £5/£6=vat each.

think im gunna need to replace my arb's. how much am i looking at for a full set?

Why do you think you need to replace the ARB? (note singular, you only have one ARB)
