are all clio wheels the same fitment

ive got a set of oz superleggars 15s on a mark 1 clio and was wondering if they will fit onto a mark 2 i think the offset of them are ET37and are 7 inchs wide.any ideas?

also wen i went to lower it cos i had 50 profile tyres on it rubbed on the rear straight away so its still in the air!

Theyll all fit each other, but not all offsets are the same...
