are he cranks on a ps1 172

no idea on first question, but pretty sure the Williams uses a completely different crank, as it's the limiting factor in why the Williams wont rev, where as I understand the 172 crank is good for 8300rpm of fun
 
Think the bottom end is more or less identical its the heads that are different.
With ballanced and lighter rods and pistons the f4r can rev stupidly high
 
i dont but with the engine im having. i want to balence the crank and fly. but need them doing at the same time
