Are my headlight washers disconnected ?

Found this hose in beside the battery tonight. It's blocked off with a pop rivet. Is it for the headlight washers? If it is, what reason is there to disconnect it?

That could be the hose that connects to the acoustic valve - which could have been removed at some point.

lol I just noticed when I was shutting the bonnet tonight. I'd been fitting a new splitter and couldn't be arsed haha
