was driving along and there was an immaculate example of one of these on a D reg near me in traffic, we were sort of lookin at eachothers cars as we kept passing eachother in slow moving dual carriageway, he moved over behind me further down the road and made it clear he wanted me to floor it by trying to park in my back seats so i eased it down to second at about 35mph and as the road got a bit less congested i moved over thinking he would win and as i heard him floor it so did i and started edging away from it, got well in to fourth at more than 100 and had a bit of a gap. another trophy to add to the cabinet. dont know how many valves it was as there are two versions arent they.

What engine is in the quatro Craggy?

Had a blast with a Audi Coupe the other day. nailed it from 20mph and was pulling away from him untill about 80 when the roundabout came up. dont think he was happy by the size wheelspin he did after. Felt quite smug when i saw the 2.2 badge on the back. not sure of the performance of em but...

its a 2.0 turbo 4wd, theres two versions of it, ones a 20v and is a bit faster, dont know what i raced, will have to look what yyear they made the versions

well thats a hard one slayer, iv had many a close race wihch ive only just been beaten and took them to very high speeds, ie, RX-7, some sort of boxster, but i was packin extra weight against him. but one of my favourite races was when i first got the willy, didnt really have an appreciation for her power and i was plodding along a carriageway and happened across a convoy of modded vehicles, had a little play and stopped and talked, one of them was a 2.0, 16v turbo series one RST (escort) with a rolling road printout of above 250bhp.(i later got to know the guy). he said he would waste me but i wanted a comparison so raced him to see what would happen, i was unfortunate enough to have to start behind so he waited for his blower then nailed it, so did i and i was still right up his arse till well into fourth gear, was well chuffed with that. i saw it a few months later and raced it off a roundabout side by side and it was evens till we ran out of road. that was a good one. iv been even with a turbo supra from 40 - 80 ish, wasted a TT180, been very close with a lancia evo, beat a fiat coupe 16v turbo and there are lods more which will come back, oh yeah, had a good one with an octavia RS, beat my mates elise(eventually). whats yours?
