Hello im trying to figure out how to get the scale up a drawing, is there a way where you can set the units to =1mm
so that i can draw my building design properly to scale?

Or do u just presume 1units=1mm then when you come to print select the print scale?

Im a bit confused as the programme is freakin' huge

You need to select a base point and then type in the scale - i.e 1000.

This may be wrong though.

use the scale icon, select what it is you want to scale, select a base point then enter your scale (ie 1/1, 1/20, 1/50, 1/100 etc etc)

Draw to scale (i.e 1:1) in model space then choose an appropriate scale in paperspace for the viewportThe drawing title block will then be at 1:1 and the viewport of your drawing in model space will be at a measurable scale once plotted out

draw everything at 1:1 in model space.

then scale in the viewport to the scale you require, by typing 'Z' then ie. 1/50XP for a 1:50 scale.
