My point being here is that when someone who says a certain product is " not safe " or will cause damage to paintwork they should be careful in their claims without any hard evidence . It " could " land them in serious trouble .

Freedom of speech springs to mind, if you have tried and tested a product and found it to have a negative effect on the relevant surface then i think it is helpful to pass on your opinion/review/findings.

Why are you so fixed on people's 'claims' all of a sudden? Forums like CS are full of people reviewing things whether it be cleaning products, cars, sellers on the forum/eBay etc etc

It seems this is your first involvement in the 'Detailing' section and for some reason you have taken it upon yourself to try and get people's backs up and try and stir things up. Directly trying to humiliate people who regularly provide useful words of wisdom/ advice.
