Aux belt tensioner



Oem parts, but there is little clearance between belt and tensioner. Put it on with the alternator loose then tightened that after pulley.

What am i doing wrong here

Had this issue. Your belt is either too short or one of the pulleys (ie alternator, ac whatever) isn't the right size. Get a 1 size bigger belt. I believe I fitted a 1670 belt but don't quote me on that. It's been a while.

The reason I had this issue is because I changed the original (ph1) alternator pulley for a different one that turned out to be a different size.
