Aux/crank damper pulley cover-whats it called!

Hi everyone

For the life of me i cant seem to find what this part is called.. or find any info on it.

Its the lower engine bay/OS inner wheel arch flexible splash guard that protects the main aux pulley.
Its not a plastic part, more of a composite/fibre part.

Any ideas!?

All the identification from my damaged guard have dissapeared.

Any help much appreciated

I've never seen a composite shield in the OSF arch, only the ones in the NSR where the exhaust sits on a 172

When i say composite, i meen, made from multiple materials. Rubber backed, flexible material. Not just plastic like all the other arches etc.
