AXA wont insure suspension mods

  Black 182 + Recaros

Just been told that AXA wont insure me for changing to Eibach Pro springs. I was expecting to pay a premium but not to be refused altogether.

I made the big mistake of not checking with them first. Funny thing is, they would have allowed for new shockers and wheels. Surely this is a higher risk.

My policy was up for renewal in October and so Im not entitled to any refund. Had to switch to Admiral. Paying the same amount as Axa (£470) with mods declared.

Lesson learned - always check before doing any mods.

  don't

at moment looks like ill be going admiral aswel from hic

they charge on average about £30 a mod i think, not 2 sure

there cheapest quote for me so far though at £678

they wont allow window tints though nor will elephant, they alloy actual windows tint, but they wont insure the film which is a bit stupid as itll stop glass from shattering

I dont know if Axa would have allowed adjustable dampers. I was too busy trying to find a new insurance company. Couldnt pick up my new modified motor until then.
