Back engine breather pipe

  80MPG BEEZA
right i have a whistle coming from my car between 40mph-60mph dont think its wheel bearing and i've decided its not my gbox, the back breather pipe for the engine which should connect to the air box isnt connected could this cause a whistle?

also if it could anyone got the part number for reno and a price?
im going to order a elbow from hillpower so i can connect it to my ik as the breather isnt connected, ive tried cutting into my current elbow but the breather pipe isnt long enough as i had to chop a length off when i got the engine due to it being melted!
how much is the hillpower elbow?

so to recap
could it cause a whistle?
part no n price for back breather pipe?
hillpower bend price?

thanks

does it whistle at these speeds whilst coasting, or only on throttle?

on throttle only if its coasting there's nothing if i slightly press the go pedal even so it isnt pulling or reving anymore it starts

it seemed to go away when i got it pushed into my current bend but it fell off the other end and it was back i pulled it back further but its obv still not sealed properly, its defo something thats a moving part its in 5th gear between 40-60 hard to hear in 4th due to exhaust noise

The breather is the only engine breather for the whole engine, any excess crankcase pressure wille excape from there. The actual size of the hole is pretty small, not anywhere near the size of the pipe that attatches to it, so it is more than possible it will whistle if no breather pipe is attatched, especially if it is throttle related.

could be the manifold seal to the cat if its on throttle...? would do it in every gear though not just in 5th
