Back, this time with a Petrol Blue!

I just got some AG bumper care from demon tweeks via ebay

for the price it's very very good, it's a gel rather than a spray so has longevity and it beads water well, two weeks on it hasn't faded. you can get better, but it costs.
as the trim has a slightly rough surface i found it better if i dabbed it on with a paintbrush, let it dry for a while then just wipe. you don't need to use much at all.

Sounds interesting, I have been looking around but as you say some of the supposedly good products are really pricey, might have to give this a try, cheers.

Apparently petrol blue in France is Vert Orion Nacre which I think means Orion green lustre. Makes more sense than petrol blue I think. Amy one know where I can get an aerosol of the colour from. Halfrauds don't list the colour apparently.

Yeah. Painted down the road from Renault for something like £1200 more that standard paint. In the brochure it didn't look much so they didn't sell many, 29 in total. Looks amazing in the flesh, parked at work the other day and when the sun came out two of my colleagues were talking about some amazing coloured car in the car park, was chuffed to realise it was mine!

Love the colour mate, its a weird one for sure, there was a petrol blue local to me and if i had the money when he was selling up i would have gone for it i think... however ive ended up with black gold which i love more.

Plans sound good, will keep an eye on the progress.

Ya don't c them because no one wanted them, hence why there hardly is any. Such a dull colour imo
