Balancing

I've got some Matt Black sprayed wheels which some knob has sprayed OVER the little weights that you balance the wheels with as they were on the outside of the rim.
Can you balance around these or will they have to be removed as my wheels shake above 60.
If they're removed i'm left with some silver patches lol.

depends. usually they will remove and start from nowt. are they clipped on or stuck on? u could ask them to stick the new weight over the same spot and then it might not look too bad...?

or get them to leave them where they are and stick your new uns on the inside

^ Thats what I was hoping on doing is that possible without needing like 100's of weights to even it out?
