battery disconnection

yo guys

just a quick one really, i need to disconnect my battery and wanted to ask if there would be implications if i were to do this? dont want to disconnect it and then have loads of problems with warning lights, immobilisers etc ive got a clio 172 sport

Shouldn't have any problems..
If you are using the standard radio you will have to enter the radio code, thats about all I can think of!

Ah! Also the clock will need setting again ;)

good to know, just got rid of a saab which needed about half an hour of settings done after a power cut! yawn

Incidentally, do these things have adaptive ECU's? I used to have a leon and popular opinion suggested that the occasional battery disconnection would flash the ecu memory and restore some power/responsiveness?
