Battery Problem? Car Sometimes Won't Start...

oh dear had to be pushed out from the petrol pump after turning my engine off but leaving my radio on, most

I was wondering if it's a battery issue, on trying to start it again all i got was a tick tick tick noise but my lights worked dimmer than normal i think and my electric windows were very slowwwwwww.

New Battery you reckon? it only ever seems to happen when i leave the radio on and try to restart the car.
