BBPT 4 Pot Brake Kit

My mechanic has just phoned up a bit ago saying hes having trouble fitting my kit.

He was saying summit about the caliper/pads not lining up right against the disc.

Anyone else had this trouble? I seem to remember someone did......

I had major problems trying to fit the hi-spec 4 pot calipers to my Clio - ended up sending them back and eventually getting a refund - but that was dealing with hi-spec direct, not through bbpt.

Are the pads overhanging the edge of the disc like mine did?

Well in the end hes managed to get them on, but its not perfect and my wheel wont fit back on!

Standard discs and pads are going on next week and Im sending the kit back!

PISSED OFF IS NOT THE WORD!

Well Ive decided Ill just stick to the standard set-up now....

we have been looking at other sources for disk kits as we have had this trouble as well.....



will let you know after we have tested the kits ourselves.

i have the 330mm 4 pot kit for my clio 16v and they were very easy to fit! all bolted together easily.

did have a problem with the wheel fouling on the caliper though! WHICH IM GONNA TALK TO HI SPEC ABOUT??

you will be lucky if you can get through
